Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Winbox2025 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Winbox2025 website accessible at https://winbox2025.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be read in full by all users, including those accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations within Malaysia and internationally. Where there is any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

Use of the Winbox2025 Platform and Services is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout the duration of your use:

• Age Requirement: You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. Winbox2025 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by any person under the age of 21. Users who are found to have registered while underage will have their accounts permanently suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• Personal Account: You are registering and operating solely on your own behalf, for personal recreational use, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• Single Account: You hold only one (1) registered Account on the Winbox2025 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
• Non-Exclusion: You are not currently subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order on the Winbox2025 Platform or any other gambling platform where such exclusion would extend to this Platform.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: Your use of the Platform is lawful under the applicable laws of your country and jurisdiction of residence. It is your responsibility to verify this independently.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by Winbox2025, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following terms govern the creation and maintenance of your Account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other details requested on the registration form.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify Winbox2025 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your account security. Contact us at [email protected] for urgent security concerns.
• Winbox2025 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
• All Account information must be kept up to date. Material changes, such as changes to your legal name, address, or primary payment method, must be reported to our support team promptly.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Users will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the previous three months). Winbox2025 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due diligence.

Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the Winbox2025 Platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms. By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform exclusively for lawful, personal recreational purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the technical integrity or security of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• You will not use the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You accept that all games offered on the Platform operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems, and that outcomes are determined by chance.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winning. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Winbox2025 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via supported Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and supported cryptocurrencies (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH).
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the deposit page for current minimum and maximum limits.
• Winbox2025 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which Winbox2025 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder's verified identity.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• Winbox2025 targets the following processing timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; bank wire 15–60 minutes. These are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand.
• Winbox2025 reserves the right to impose additional security checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may extend processing time.
• Winbox2025 may withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

Winbox2025 offers various bonus and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from real-money wagers that meet the wagering requirement become withdrawable.
• Each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be permanently suspended.
• Winbox2025 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to structured wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, coordinated group play, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension.
• VIP programme tier benefits, including cashback rates and withdrawal priority, are subject to separate VIP terms as communicated within the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

Winbox2025 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing our users with the tools necessary to maintain full control over their gambling activity. We acknowledge our duty of care to all players and take that responsibility seriously.

• Minimum Age: The Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Winbox2025 employs age verification measures and will immediately close any account found to belong to a user under the minimum age.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Limits: Users may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Winbox2025 Platform. Winbox2025 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their authorised consent.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to gain any advantage or to interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in chip dumping in poker or other games, or coordinating wagering strategies to exploit game mechanics or bonus conditions.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be removed from the Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward Winbox2025 staff or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the Winbox2025 Platform are the exclusive property of Winbox2025 or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Use any Winbox2025 trade names, logos, or trademarks without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the Platform's content for any commercial purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winbox2025 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses arising from participation in casino games, sports betting, or any other wagering activity.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services, including downtime caused by technical maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances caused by system errors, provided that such errors are corrected upon discovery.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Winbox2025 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• User-Initiated Closure: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon verification, your Account will be closed and any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
• Company-Initiated Suspension: Winbox2025 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, regulatory requirement, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
• Effect of Termination: Upon Account closure, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Winbox2025 shall retain records of your Account activity as required by applicable law and our internal compliance obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

Winbox2025 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or via email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 12. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Winbox2025 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal compliance framework of Winbox2025.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other avenue. Winbox2025's decisions on matters of Account administration, bonus eligibility, and game outcome validity are final in the absence of demonstrable system error.
